GITANA Suroi
This rosé is made from a 50/50 blend of Saperavi, an indigenous Georgian grape, and Rara Neagră, an indigenous Moldovan grape.
It has citrus notes like grapefruit, followed by hints of strawberry and cherry.The bright acidity further enhances the powerful flavors of Rara Neagră and Saperavi.It has a rich and balanced taste, with pleasant fruit flavors and a long finish.
This is a truly capable wine, having won a silver medal at the Sakura Award in 2023!It's definitely one of the wines we want you to try.

Castel Mimi Rara Neagră Rosé Classic Series
Rosé wine made at Castel Mimi in Moldova, where the European Political Community Summit was recently held. It is made using 100% of the indigenous Rara Neagră grape variety. Despite its deep ruby color, Rara Neagră is characterized by its smooth tannins, with beautiful aromas of flowers and strawberries. It also has a refreshing acidity and a long-lasting citrus finish like grapefruit.

Castel Mimi Animal Series Rosé 2020
This is also a rosé wine made at Castel Mimi in Moldova.
It's an elegant rosé wine blended with the indigenous Moldovan grape Rara Neagră, the indigenous Georgian grape Saperavi, and the international grape Pinot Noir.It's characterized by floral aromas and strawberry flavors, with a rich taste, refreshing acidity, and a slight sweetness, followed by hints of barberry and cornelian cherry on the finish. This rosé is perfect as a pre-dinner drink, perhaps with some bruschetta topped with pâté!
