About Membership Registration

I would like to know how to register as a member.

1.Click the login button in the upper right corner.

2.Click "Create an account."

3.After entering your information, click "Create."

4.An email will be sent to the email address you registered. Please click the link in the email you received to complete the process.

I registered as a member but did not receive a confirmation email.

Should I use refrigerated delivery?

Although not mandatory, wine is also a food product, and there are many situations where using it is beneficial.
Wine is a delicate beverage that is sensitive to temperature changes.
Therefore, please choose a comfortable temperature for the wine during the time it takes to arrive at your home.

We recommend using refrigerated delivery from May to October. Even outside of summer, if you are shipping to a warm region or if there is a sudden increase in temperature forecast, we recommend specifying it. Also, in the case of wine, if the outside temperature is expected to drop below 0℃, please specify it to prevent overcooling.

I'd like to know about shipping companies.

Please proceed to the "Shopping Cart" and write "If not home, leave in delivery box" in the "Notes" section.
We will indicate on the delivery slip for the courier that if you are not home, they should place your package in the delivery box.
*Please note that delivery companies generally require direct hand-off, so we may not always be able to accommodate your request depending on the delivery situation.
*You are responsible for the quality control of wine left in a delivery box after delivery. If shipping to a warm region even outside of summer, or if there is a sudden rise in temperature expected, please arrange for direct receipt.

I'd like to know how to store it.

The ideal conditions are a constant temperature of 10-18°C (with minimal temperature fluctuation) and a humidity of 65-80%.

● Store the wine lying down in a cellar.
● If you don't have a wine cellar, during summer, wrap the wine in newspaper and lay it down in the "vegetable crisper" of your refrigerator. (This is fine for about two weeks.)
● During other seasons, lay the wine down in a cool, dark place (e.g., entryway storage, closet, under the stairs, etc.).

Note 1) Regardless of the season, store wine at a stable temperature.
Note 2) If wine is placed in a hot area, it will deteriorate, and the liquid (wine) inside the bottle may expand due to temperature differences, causing leakage from the cork.
Note 3) Wine breathes through its cork. Be careful as strong odors, such as mothballs or other insect repellents, can transfer to the wine.
Note 4) Lightly sparkling wines with regular corks (not secured with wire) may not only deteriorate but also have the cork pop out if stored at temperatures above 30°C. Always store them in a wine cellar or refrigerator.


If you do not have a suitable storage place, we recommend drinking the wine as soon as possible after it arrives.

Are there any precautions to take when opening it?

For wines intended for long-term storage, a longer cork is used, so it takes a little more time. Slowly open the bottle while observing the condition of the cork.
Also, never use a still wine corkscrew for sparkling wine, champagne, or screw caps.

Returns and exchanges

Is it possible to return or exchange an item after it has been delivered?

Since wine is treated the same as food, as a general rule, we cannot accept exchanges, returns, or cancellations due to customer convenience, regardless of whether the product is unopened.

As soon as your product arrives, please check immediately to ensure that you have not received something different from what you ordered.
Please note that there may be slight differences between the images on the website and the actual product due to your viewing environment. We appreciate your understanding.
We pay close attention to the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that a product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from what you ordered, please keep the product in its original condition and contact us within one week of delivery.

Please note that we cannot accept consultations regarding refunds or returns after one week from delivery.
As a general rule, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. Please understand that wine is highly susceptible to the effects of transportation and storage.
If there is any damage during shipping, please contact us at the contact information below. We will promptly arrange for a replacement. However, please understand that we may not be able to exchange products that are out of stock. In such cases, we will issue a refund.
Due to the characteristics of wine products, minor stains or scratches on the bottle or label will not be eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding.
Who bears the cost of returns and refund methods

Return due to cork damage

While we take the utmost care in ensuring the quality of our products, in the unlikely event that a product is damaged or soiled, or if it differs from your order, please keep the product in its original condition and contact us within one week of delivery.
Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for refunds or returns after one week from delivery.
As a general rule, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience. Wines are highly susceptible to damage during transportation and storage, so we ask for your understanding.

The "Nosho" we provide in our store is a simple "Tanzaku Noshi". Please note that we cannot fulfill requests for name printing.
Additionally, all "Nosho" we provide are "red and white Nosho".
Please note that we do not have "Nosho for funerals".

Regarding statements with prices

Delivery address and time slot

We endeavor to ship all orders (once payment has been completed) within 2 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
As shipments originate from Okinawa Prefecture, delivery times may vary depending on the delivery region, but most areas can expect delivery within 5 days.
You can select your preferred delivery date and time in the shopping cart, so please add the items to your cart to check.

Please note that some payment methods require advance payment confirmation, so if you are in a hurry, please choose "credit card payment." (Credit card payment requires online settlement after placing your order.)

We use OAS Air for deliveries to remote islands within Okinawa Prefecture and Yu-Pack for deliveries outside Okinawa Prefecture. To ensure your vintage wine arrives in perfect condition, we use "chilled delivery" during summer. Please take advantage of this service.

Regarding coupons

I'd like to know how to use the coupon.

Regarding the newsletter

1. Check if your email address is entered correctly.
In many cases, the email address you entered is incorrect.
If you enter an incorrect email address, we will not be able to deliver emails from wine&.
Please check it once and inquire again.

2. Check if the email has arrived in a folder other than the inbox, such as the spam folder.
Customers using free email (Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, etc.) should check their spam folder.
By changing your settings to allow emails to be received, they will arrive in your inbox.

3. Check your spam filter settings (specific email address/domain)
Customers who have set up a filter in their reception settings should set their email to receive emails from "vi@jumbotours.co.jp".

4. Check if your mailbox on the server is full.
There is a limit to the capacity of your mailbox on the server, and if it reaches the limit, you may not be able to receive new emails.
