Fetească Regală

Fetească Regală is the most widely cultivated single grape variety in Romania. It is one of the eight representative Romanian grape varieties, and many Romanians actually cite wines made from this variety as their favorite.

Unusually for a white grape variety, its skin contains a high amount of tannins, and its taste is often described as dry and fresh, with exotic floral aromas.

There are diverse styles of wine, including those aged in oak barrels and those that are not.
