Returns After Delivery

As wine is treated similarly to a perishable product, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference, regardless of whether the product has been opened or not.

Upon receiving your order, please check immediately to ensure that the correct items have been delivered.

Please note that product images on the website may differ slightly from the actual product depending on your viewing environment.

While we take the utmost care in product quality, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please keep the product in its original condition and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We regret that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after 7 days from delivery.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If damage occurs during shipping or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

  • Returns due to customer convenience are not accepted.
  • Wine is sensitive to temperature and storage conditions, so please understand this policy.
  • Minor scratches or stains on bottles or labels are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping & Refund Method

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping and redelivery costs.

If payment has already been made, refunds will be issued via bank transfer to your designated account.
