Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the online shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided on this website by Jumbo Tours Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). All registered users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 4 (Sales Contract)

A sales contract is formed when the User places an order and the Company confirms acceptance.

Ownership of the product transfers to the User when the product is handed over to the shipping carrier.

The Company may cancel the contract without prior notice if:

  • The User violates these Terms
  • Delivery cannot be completed due to unknown address or absence
  • Trust between the Company and User is deemed compromised

Payment, shipping, cancellation, and returns shall follow separately defined policies.


Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
