Wine, wine, and more wine! Why Moldovan wines are chosen worldwide.

It's the people of the Republic of Moldova who make our country special. Wherever you visit in Moldova, delightful encounters with open-hearted people await you. In a Moldovan village, once you're seated at a table, the host will treat you to spicy wine, and before you know it, time will have flown by.

Moldovan national cuisine will surprise you with its honest simplicity and richness. It's cooked with a fragrant soup called Zeama, homemade noodles, and Mămăliga, a thick cornmeal porridge made from cornmeal cut with a thread. Can you imagine? Mămăliga is served with Moldovan cheese, sour cream, and Tocană. Plăcintă is made with a thin dough filled with various ingredients such as cabbage, cottage cheese, apples, pumpkin, and cherries. The warm and hospitable regions of Moldova will captivate you just as much as its national cuisine.

Wine is the pride of Moldovans and makes this country special! Every October, "National Wine Day" is held in the central square of the capital. Top winemakers welcome guests and surprise them with various wines. The atmosphere of this festival is impressive in its scale, allowing you to try many different wines. It's hard to count them all.
The dancing, socializing, and tasting of national dishes create a special atmosphere. Furthermore, you can participate in authentic wine tours of vineyards and wineries, where you can sample various wine varieties. In Moldova, you can also visit wine cellars that stretch for tens of kilometers and store millions of bottles of wine. Some of these wine cellars are listed in the Guinness Book of Records. Can you still not believe that such a small country holds so many wonders?
It is precisely because of the fertile land and environment in which they are produced that these wines are chosen by people worldwide.
