Grapes harvested in mid-November are fermented while maintaining a temperature of 14-18°C. Afterward, the wine is aged for six months in new French oak barrels. When poured into a glass, it releases a delicate and elegant aroma reminiscent of green tea, jasmine, acacia flowers, and German honey.
