The grapes are harvested by hand and the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
This is an exceptional wine with aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and chocolate that spread in your mouth the moment you taste it, followed by a long, enjoyable finish.
The 2015 vintage was very good, with 1,550 bottles produced and a rare 210 bottles imported.
